FIELDS OF USE
It is used directly on the exterior walls of the buildings, columns and beams, on rough and fine plaster, brick, pumice bloc. Primer, must be used necessarily on concrete, gas concrete and painted surfaces.

SURFACE PREPARATION
Blistered paint and spaced plasters are scraped off the surface. 4-5 notches per 10 cm2 press on painted surfaces. The application surface should be cleaned from dust. Priming must be done on painted surfaces.

APPLICATION
Laths that determine the thickness are adhered to the prepared surfaces. Between two laths, is filled with a steel trowel or plasterer trowel and gauged. Following the first dry (~ 1-2 hours later), the slats are removed from the surface and the spaces are filled and the pattern is drawn. if is dry when touched, (12-24 hours later) decorative plaster is drawn. No foreign matter should be added to the prepared mixture. (Lime, Plaster, Cement, etc.)

APPLICATION DETAILS
In manual application, it should be mixed with ~ 11-12 liters of water with low speed (400-600 rev/min) drill for 3-4 minutes. In machine application, it should be pumped to the surface by mixing with 11-12 liters of water in average. When the desired thickness is reached, it should be allowed to dry.

APPLICATION CONDITIONS
Application surface and ambient temperature should be above 5 °C. Considering excessive moisture loss at temperatures above 35 °C, mixing water should be increased and the surface should be kept moist by wetting for 1 day after the surface hardening phase.

ISSUES TO BE CONSIDERED
Avoid application under strong wind or sun. The time increases at low temperatures and the time decreases at high temperatures. It should not be applied on frozen, melting or freezing surfaces within 24 hours. Appropriate plaster mesh should be used at different material junctions and points where movement may be considered.

STORAGE TRANSPORT
Protect from frost, rain and other weather conditions. 70 Bags in 1 pallet is 3.500 L.

6.5-7 liters of water is poured into a clean bucket. THERMO NETPER SATIN PLASTER is sprinkled up to 10 kg to cover the water surface. Wait for a few minutes. It is mixed by using a low-speed mechanical mixer until it reaches a homogeneous consistency. After mixing, the mortar is ready to use. The mortar in the container can be used for about 1 hour.

STORAGE CONDITIONS
It should be stored in its unopened original package, in a dry (maximum 60% relative humidity) and cool (temperature between + 5 C° and +25 C °) and its shelf life is 12 months. One palette contains 60 bags, which equals 1,500 liters.

THERMO NETPER ADHESIVE ULTRAPLUS is used to bond cladding materials such as low water absorption ceramics and low water absorption cement-based plaster, screeds and primed concrete on solid, dust-free, vertical or horizontal surfaces. It is especially used in areas exposed to heavy traffic to bond granite, marble, terracotta, natural stone and other similar, low water absorption cladding materials on horizontal and vertical surfaces in indoor and outdoor settings.

APPLICATION

PREPARING THE BASE
Quality of the base: the application base must be clean, smooth, solid and free of all types of dust, oil, dirt, rust, die oil, detergents and other such materials capable of preventing adhesion, as well as other residues. The base must be smooth, and weak parts must be eliminated. Any cracks or cavities on the floor or wall must be repaired with suitable repair mortars before application of this product.

APPLICATION
THERMO NETPER DECORATIVE PLASTER must be added slowly to clean, cold water and mixed for about 10 minutes using a low-speed mixer until a uniform, lump-free mixture is obtained. The mixed mortar should be left to rest for 5 minutes and then remixed. If necessary, the consistency of the mixture can be adjusted again by adding water. The amount of water needed must be decided in relation to weather conditions.

When mixing with a machine, take care not to exert an abrasive action on the granules contained in the product. An equal amount of water must be used for each batch of mortar mix otherwise differences in pattern and gradation may appear on the finished surface. The prepared mixture must be used within 2 hours, depending on weather conditions. The uniform mixture prepared must be spread evenly over the surface using a steel trowel. Excess material must be removed from the surface to create a layer that matches the thickness of the granules in the product.

After the uniform application of THERMO NETPER DECORATIVE PLASTER on the application surface, the pattern must be created within no more than 10 minutes. Motifs can be made with circular movements of a plastic or polyurethane trowel to obtain a fine-grained texture. During modelling, the surface of the trowel must be scraped frequently. Products with the same batch number must be used on the same surface. To prevent the formation of overlaps on large surfaces, be sure to employ a sufficient number of people during application to spread the material without any pauses until the ends of the joint or corner segments are reached.
