FEATURES AND ADVANTAGES
It is easy to apply and model into shape. It is highly resistant in all climatic conditions. It is resistant to external atmospheric agents and water repellent. It prevents the accumulation of moisture. It eliminates surface defects. It is long-lasting, does not burn and does not form bubbles. After application, it creates a uniform decorative image. Thanks to its texture, it covers up the marks left on the surface of the plaster by steel trowels. It is vapour permeable. It can be finished with outdoor paints.

FIELDS OF USE
It is used in residential buildings, shopping centres and hospitals for horizontal, vertical and overhead applications on all types of mineral surface. It can be used outdoors as a decorative finish for thermal insulation systems on external facades and as a decorative finish for plain concrete.

PREPARING THE BASE
Quality of the base: the application base must be clean, smooth, solid and free of all types of dust, oil, dirt, rust, die oil, detergents and other such materials capable of preventing adhesion, as well as other residues. The base must be smooth, and weak parts must be eliminated. Any cracks or cavities on the floor or wall must be repaired with suitable repair mortars before application of this product.

APPLICATION
THERMO NETPER DECORATIVE PLASTER must be added slowly to clean, cold water and mixed for about 10 minutes using a low-speed mixer until a uniform, lump-free mixture is obtained. The mixed mortar should be left to rest for 5 minutes and then remixed. If necessary, the consistency of the mixture can be adjusted again by adding water. The amount of water needed must be decided in relation to weather conditions.

When mixing with a machine, take care not to exert an abrasive action on the granules contained in the product. An equal amount of water must be used for each batch of mortar mix otherwise differences in pattern and gradation may appear on the finished surface. The prepared mixture must be used within 2 hours, depending on weather conditions. The uniform mixture prepared must be spread evenly over the surface using a steel trowel. Excess material must be removed from the surface to create a layer that matches the thickness of the granules in the product.

After the uniform application of THERMO NETPER DECORATIVE PLASTER on the application surface, the pattern must be created within no more than 10 minutes. Motifs can be made with circular movements of a plastic or polyurethane trowel to obtain a fine-grained texture. During modelling, the surface of the trowel must be scraped frequently. Products with the same batch number must be used on the same surface. To prevent the formation of overlaps on large surfaces, be sure to employ a sufficient number of people during application to spread the material without any pauses until the ends of the joint or corner segments are reached.

STORAGE AND TRANSPORT
Protect against frost, rain and other atmospheric agents. One pallet with 60 bags is equivalent to 1,500 litres.

ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACTS
Not classified as dangerous.

HAZARD WARNINGS
The product is based on cement and consequently is alkaline. If wet mortar comes into contact with the skin, wash affected areas with plenty of water.
